Does the customer need to install an app?
No. Booking works in the browser and does not require a customer account.
How are two bookings at the same time prevented?
Times are calculated from appointments, hours, blocks and duration, then checked again on the server before confirmation.
Can the customer choose a professional?
Yes, when you enable that option and several compatible professionals provide the service.
Can I block holidays or specific periods?
Yes. Add one-off blocks and opening or closure exceptions by date and professional.
Can the customer change or cancel?
Yes, if allowed and within the configured notice period. They use a secure management link sent with the appointment.
Are reminders sent?
Yes. Automated email reminders can be scheduled. Calendar.coffee does not currently send SMS.
Does it sync both ways with Google Calendar?
Not currently. Customers can download an ICS file to add the appointment to Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Calendar and other compatible calendars.
Can I charge online during booking?
Not currently. Calendar.coffee organises appointments; a completed appointment can share its operation with Invoice.coffee for invoicing.
Is there a fee for each appointment?
No. Limits depend on the plan and no booking fee is added.
